Vị trí. App xin quyền vị trí để hiện quán gần bạn kèm khoảng cách trên trang chủ và bản đồ. Khi bạn là chủ quán bấm "Xác minh" hoặc khách gửi đóng góp, vị trí còn dùng để kiểm tra bạn đang ở trong 50m quanh quán. App cũng đọc tên các mạng wifi đang bắt được ngay trên máy để nhận ra mạng đó thuộc quán nào và để bạn chọn tên mạng khi đóng góp. Vị trí và danh sách wifi xung quanh chỉ được xử lý trên máy bạn, không được lưu hay gửi đi. Nút "Chỉ đường" mở app bản đồ của bạn (ví dụ Google Maps) với toạ độ của quán, không kèm vị trí của bạn.

Mật khẩu wifi. Chủ quán tự nguyện nhập mật khẩu wifi của quán mình để khách sử dụng. Khách cũng có thể đóng góp mật khẩu mà quán công khai cho khách, chỉ khi đang ở quán và kết nối được; mật khẩu đóng góp chỉ hiện khi có từ 2 người đóng góp giống nhau. Với mỗi lần xác minh hoặc đóng góp, chúng tôi lưu tên mạng, mật khẩu, mã định danh của bộ phát wifi (BSSID) và thời điểm, gắn với mã ẩn danh của bạn. Vui lòng không đăng mật khẩu mạng không phải của quán công cộng.

Dữ liệu quán. Thông tin quán (tên, địa chỉ, vị trí, loại hình) được lấy từ OpenStreetMap (© những người đóng góp OpenStreetMap, giấy phép ODbL) và do chủ quán bổ sung. Số điện thoại công khai của quán cũng từ nguồn này nhưng được lưu kín trên máy chủ, không hiển thị trong app; chỉ dùng để đối chiếu khi chủ quán xác minh bằng SMS, và app chỉ hiện 3 số cuối làm gợi ý. Nếu thông tin hoặc số điện thoại của bạn bị đưa vào app mà bạn muốn gỡ, hãy liên hệ chúng tôi.

Xác minh chủ quán. Chủ quán xác minh bằng cách nhập số điện thoại và mã SMS do Firebase Authentication gửi. Số điện thoại được gắn vào tài khoản đăng nhập của bạn để bạn quản lý quán, không hiển thị công khai, không dùng để quảng cáo và không bán cho ai.

Bản đồ. Bản đồ lấy ảnh nền từ OpenStreetMap. Khi bạn xem bản đồ, máy chủ OpenStreetMap nhận địa chỉ IP của bạn và khu vực bạn đang xem, như mọi trang web bạn truy cập.

Quảng cáo. App hiển thị quảng cáo ở mức vừa phải do Google AdMob cung cấp. AdMob có thể dùng mã định danh quảng cáo (Advertising ID) và thông tin thiết bị để chọn và đo hiệu quả quảng cáo. Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc tắt cá nhân hoá quảng cáo trong Cài đặt → Google → Quảng cáo trên điện thoại. Chia sẻ mật khẩu wifi của một quán mới sẽ tắt quảng cáo tạm thời; trạng thái này chỉ được ghi nhớ trên máy bạn. Ưu đãi của chủ quán trong app là nội dung do quán đăng, không phải quảng cáo của bên thứ ba. App không dành cho người dưới 16 tuổi nếu chưa có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ.

Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập. Dữ liệu quán, mật khẩu wifi do chủ quán/khách nhập, đóng góp, báo cáo, số điện thoại xác minh và bằng chứng đồng ý điều khoản (phiên bản, thời điểm, ngôn ngữ, phiên bản app) được lưu trên Google Firebase (Firestore và Authentication), máy chủ đặt tại Singapore, nên dữ liệu có thể được chuyển ra ngoài Việt Nam. Mỗi báo cáo, đóng góp hoặc lần đồng ý gắn với một mã ẩn danh do Firebase Authentication tạo; chúng tôi không thu thập tên hay email. Đóng góp, báo cáo và bằng chứng đồng ý được giữ cho tới khi quán bị gỡ hoặc bạn yêu cầu xoá (trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu giữ). App không có công cụ phân tích và chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn. Ngoài ra, chỉ có dữ liệu quảng cáo do Google AdMob xử lý như nêu trên. Nếu sau này có thay đổi, chính sách sẽ được cập nhật trước khi áp dụng.

Quyền của bạn, liên hệ và gỡ thông tin. Theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền được biết, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, rút lại sự đồng ý và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu của mình. Chủ quán có thể yêu cầu gỡ quán, đổi hoặc xoá mật khẩu và số điện thoại. Gửi yêu cầu qua mục Liên hệ trong app hoặc email vantran140893@gmail.com; chúng tôi xử lý sớm nhất có thể.

Location. The app asks for location to show venues near you, with distances, on the home screen and map. When an owner taps "Verify" or a customer submits a contribution, location is also used to check that you are within 50 m of the venue. The app also reads the names of the Wi-Fi networks in range on your device to recognise which venue a network belongs to and to let you pick a network name when contributing. Location and the list of nearby networks are processed on your device only and are never stored or sent anywhere. The "Directions" button opens your own maps app (for example Google Maps) with the venue's coordinates, not your location.

Wi-Fi passwords. Owners voluntarily enter their own venue's Wi-Fi password for customers to use. Customers may also contribute a password the venue shares publicly, only while at the venue and able to connect; a contributed password is shown only when at least 2 people contributed the same one. For each verification or contribution we store the network name, the password, the access point identifier (BSSID) and the time, tied to your anonymous ID. Please never post a password for a network that isn't a venue's public Wi-Fi.

Venue data. Venue information (name, address, location, type) comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and from venue owners. A venue's public phone number comes from the same source but is kept private on the server and never shown in the app; it is only used to match when an owner verifies by SMS, and the app shows only its last 3 digits as a hint. If your information or phone number was added to the app and you want it removed, please contact us.

Owner verification. Owners verify by entering a phone number and the SMS code sent by Firebase Authentication. The phone number is attached to your sign-in account so you can manage your venue; it is never shown publicly, never used for advertising and never sold.

Map. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap. When you view the map, OpenStreetMap servers receive your IP address and the area you are viewing, like any website you visit.

Ads. The app shows a moderate amount of ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising ID and device information to select and measure ads. You can reset the advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your phone's Settings → Google → Ads. Sharing the Wi-Fi password of a new venue turns ads off temporarily; that status is remembered on your device only. Offers posted by venue owners inside the app are owner content, not third-party ads. The app is not directed to anyone under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Data we collect. Venue data, Wi-Fi passwords entered by owners/customers, contributions, reports, verified phone numbers and records of your consent to the Terms (version, time, language, app version) are stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) on servers in Singapore, so data may be transferred outside Vietnam. Each report, contribution or consent is tied to an anonymous ID created by Firebase Authentication; we don't collect your name or email. Contributions, reports and consent records are kept until the venue is removed or you ask us to delete them (unless the law requires us to keep them). The app has no analytics and we never sell your data. Apart from that, the only data is the advertising data processed by Google AdMob as described above. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it takes effect.

Your rights, contact and removal. Under Vietnamese personal-data protection law you have the right to know, access, correct, withdraw consent and request deletion of your data. Owners can ask us to remove a venue or change or delete a password or phone number. Send a request through Contact in the app or email vantran140893@gmail.com; we handle it as soon as we can.
