Chấp nhận điều khoản. Khi cài đặt hoặc sử dụng WifiShare, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản sử dụng này và Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Nếu không đồng ý, vui lòng không sử dụng ứng dụng.
Đối tượng sử dụng. Bạn phải từ đủ 16 tuổi, hoặc có sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ, và có năng lực hành vi phù hợp để đồng ý các điều khoản này. Chủ quán phải là chủ sở hữu hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp của quán mà mình đăng.
Về dịch vụ. WifiShare là nền tảng thông tin giúp tìm quán có wifi và kết nối nhanh. Mật khẩu, tên mạng, ưu đãi và thông tin quán do chủ quán, người dùng và các nguồn dữ liệu công khai (như OpenStreetMap) cung cấp; chúng tôi không sở hữu hay vận hành các mạng wifi đó. Chúng tôi cố gắng kiểm tra thông tin (xác minh chủ quán, thử kết nối thật, báo cáo của người dùng) nhưng không bảo đảm thông tin luôn chính xác, đầy đủ hay còn hiệu lực.
Quy tắc sử dụng. Bạn đồng ý: (1) chỉ chia sẻ mật khẩu mà quán công khai cho khách, không đăng mật khẩu mạng riêng tư hoặc mạng không thuộc về bạn; (2) không dùng app để truy cập trái phép vào mạng nào hoặc dò, phá mật khẩu; (3) không giả mạo vị trí, đóng góp sai, báo cáo gian dối hoặc gửi spam; (4) không thu thập hàng loạt dữ liệu của app, không can thiệp hay làm gián đoạn dịch vụ; (5) không vi phạm pháp luật hoặc quyền của người khác.
Dành cho chủ quán. Chủ quán cam kết mình là chủ sở hữu hoặc người đại diện hợp pháp của quán, thông tin và mật khẩu đăng là đúng và quán có quyền chia sẻ chúng. Ưu đãi hoặc khuyến mại do chủ quán tự đăng; chủ quán hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về tính đúng đắn, thời hạn, điều kiện áp dụng và việc tuân thủ pháp luật (kể cả quy định về khuyến mại). WifiShare chỉ hiển thị, không tổ chức hay bảo đảm ưu đãi. Dấu "đã xác minh" nghĩa là chủ quán đã xác nhận bằng số điện thoại và wifi kết nối được tại thời điểm xác minh, không phải sự bảo đảm của chúng tôi.
Nội dung và giấy phép. Bạn giữ quyền với nội dung của mình. Khi đăng hoặc đóng góp (mật khẩu, tên mạng, ưu đãi, thông tin quán), bạn cấp cho WifiShare quyền không độc quyền, miễn phí, trên toàn cầu để lưu trữ, hiển thị và sử dụng nội dung đó nhằm vận hành ứng dụng, và bạn bảo đảm mình có quyền làm vậy. Thông tin quán từ OpenStreetMap thuộc giấy phép ODbL (© những người đóng góp OpenStreetMap).
Kiểm duyệt và gỡ nội dung. Chúng tôi có thể ẩn, sửa hoặc gỡ nội dung, quán hoặc quyền sử dụng của người vi phạm, kể cả khi nhận được báo cáo hoặc yêu cầu của chủ quán, mà không cần báo trước nếu cần thiết để bảo vệ người dùng hoặc tuân thủ pháp luật. Muốn gỡ quán, đổi hoặc xoá mật khẩu, số điện thoại: dùng mục Liên hệ trong app.
Dịch vụ bên thứ ba. Ứng dụng dùng dịch vụ của bên thứ ba (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenStreetMap, ứng dụng bản đồ trên máy bạn). Việc bạn dùng chúng chịu điều khoản của các bên đó. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung hay dịch vụ của bên thứ ba, hay về các mạng wifi bạn kết nối.
An toàn khi dùng wifi công cộng. Wifi công cộng có thể không an toàn. Hãy cân nhắc không đăng nhập ngân hàng hay nhập thông tin nhạy cảm khi dùng, và dùng VPN nếu cần. Bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm khi kết nối và sử dụng mạng.
Miễn trừ bảo đảm. Ứng dụng được cung cấp "nguyên trạng" và "như hiện có". Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không bảo đảm ứng dụng hoạt động liên tục hay không có lỗi, không bảo đảm khả năng kết nối, tốc độ hay độ an toàn của bất kỳ mạng nào, cũng như tính chính xác của thông tin và ưu đãi.
Giới hạn trách nhiệm. Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép, chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về thiệt hại gián tiếp, mất dữ liệu, mất lợi nhuận hay tranh chấp giữa bạn với quán hoặc người dùng khác phát sinh từ việc dùng ứng dụng. Bạn đồng ý bồi thường cho chúng tôi thiệt hại phát sinh do bạn vi phạm điều khoản này (ví dụ đăng mật khẩu mạng không phải của quán, nội dung sai sự thật). Điều khoản này không loại trừ trách nhiệm mà pháp luật không cho phép loại trừ.
Thay đổi điều khoản. Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật điều khoản. Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, app sẽ hỏi lại sự đồng ý của bạn ở lần mở sau; tiếp tục sử dụng nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận bản mới. Chúng tôi lưu bằng chứng việc đồng ý (phiên bản điều khoản, thời điểm, ngôn ngữ và mã ẩn danh).
Luật áp dụng và giải quyết tranh chấp. Điều khoản này chịu sự điều chỉnh của pháp luật Việt Nam. Tranh chấp được ưu tiên giải quyết bằng thương lượng; nếu không được, do toà án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam giải quyết.

Accepting these terms. By installing or using WifiShare you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use the app. You must be at least 16, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Venue owners must be the owner or a lawful representative of the venue they post.
About the service. WifiShare is an information platform that helps you find venues with Wi-Fi and connect quickly. Passwords, network names, offers and venue information are provided by venue owners, users and public data sources (such as OpenStreetMap); we do not own or operate those Wi-Fi networks. We try to check information (owner verification, a real connection test, user reports) but do not guarantee it is always accurate, complete or still valid.
Rules of use. You agree to: (1) share only passwords that the venue publicly gives to customers, and never post passwords of private networks or networks that are not yours; (2) not use the app to gain unauthorised access to any network or to guess or crack passwords; (3) not fake your location, submit false contributions, file false reports or send spam; (4) not scrape the app's data in bulk or interfere with or disrupt the service; (5) not break the law or violate others' rights.
For venue owners. Owners confirm that they are the owner or a lawful representative of the venue, that the information and password they post are correct, and that the venue is entitled to share them. Offers and promotions are posted by the owner, who is solely responsible for their accuracy, validity period, conditions and compliance with the law (including promotion rules). WifiShare only displays them and does not organise or guarantee any offer. The "verified" badge means the owner confirmed by phone number and the Wi-Fi connected at the time of verification; it is not a guarantee from us.
Content and licence. You keep the rights to your content. When you post or contribute (passwords, network names, offers, venue information) you grant WifiShare a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to store, display and use that content to run the app, and you warrant that you have the right to do so. Venue information from OpenStreetMap is under the ODbL licence (© OpenStreetMap contributors).
Moderation and removal. We may hide, edit or remove content, venues or the access of anyone who breaks these terms, including after reports or requests from owners, without prior notice where needed to protect users or comply with the law. To remove a venue or change or delete a password or phone number, use Contact in the app.
Third-party services. The app uses third-party services (Google Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenStreetMap, the maps app on your device). Your use of them is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, or for the Wi-Fi networks you connect to.
Staying safe on public Wi-Fi. Public Wi-Fi may not be secure. Consider not logging in to banking or entering sensitive information while connected, and use a VPN if needed. You are responsible for connecting to and using any network.
Disclaimer of warranties. The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or the connectivity, speed or security of any network, or the accuracy of any information or offer.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or profit, or disputes between you and a venue or other users arising from use of the app. You agree to compensate us for loss caused by your breach of these terms (for example posting the password of a network that is not the venue's, or false content). Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. For material changes the app will ask for your consent again the next time you open it; continuing to use the app means you accept the new version. We keep a record of your consent (terms version, time, language and anonymous ID).
Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be settled through negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of Vietnam.
